I saw a minor accident this morning. I was on my way to drop Mason off at preschool. I slowed down to see if the teenager in his sporty car would turn around to take care of business and he did so I continued on my way. I felt really guilty for not stopping though. I am a bad citizen! :o)

I agree, don't feel bad. I've been in TONS of accidents, and you'd be surprised who stops!
